REGISTRATION
Aix-Marseille University regulations require the online payment of registration fees before the beginning of the conference. You may use this website to do so from October 4th to November 5th, 2018.
All participants (except PhD students): 60€
PhD Students: 30€
Late registration: participants who register after October 22th will be charged an additional 20€.
If you would like to join us for the conference dinner in town, on the evening of Friday 16th November, there is a 45€ supplement.
Paying by bank transfer is also possible. For further information concerning this payment method, please e-mail Mrs Absa D'Agaro N'diaye: parislondres@sciencesconf.org
To pay by credit card you will need your card information when you register;
Page 2: You will be asked for additional details to help the conference organisers, such as your arrival & departure dates and time, specific dietary requirements, or particular access requirements you may have;
Visa, MasterCard and e-Cards can be used;
Do not fill out the billing information if you are paying by credit card. The billing information is only required for participants whose universities will be paying by purchase order;
Page 4: Be careful to use the drop-down menu to provide your status correctly so that you are charged the correct amount. Please be aware that it can take a long time to process refunds due to errors.
